Default Today was supposed to be the day

6 months after ordering - Today was supposed to be the day I picked up the S (Berlina - Black/Red)

Took a trip to the garage to take a first look earlier in the week and was horiffied to find it had full red interior (I only had the camera phone with me)

I refused to accept it

So, if anyone happens to be looking for a new Berlina Black MY06 with red interior (& VSA) without the wait - A call to Bob Gerrards might be worth your while

I think there is an option for red/black seats.

Yep - there is a black & red seat option. On the MY06+ the red interior is just red seats and carpet. The full red interior (like mine ) has been discontinued.

What have they told you about the length of time it will take to get the correct car?

Mine has the full-on, tart's bedroom, pimpmobile red interior. It wasn't my first choice, and I initially thought about changing the door cards & seeing if someone wanted a seat swap.

However, after 3 months with it, I love it and wouldn't swap it now. It's really grown on me. I reckon most full red owners think the same.

Are you sure you can't live with the car? Each to their own, but what you've got is close to the Black/Red combo and it may take another 6 months to get another car and this one is here!

Looks great to me, but it's your time & money!

They have access to a black / black at approx 1 month notice (I think it is currently in Cyprus) - I haven't totally ruled out this option

A Black - Black/Red is available in around 3 months time (There is one already ordered for Sep manufacture)

Ordering from scratch generally has a 5 month lead time

Thats not full red, it just has red seats. Which IMO are nicer than the red/black seats

Hope it gets sorted for you Mark!

If they've ****ed up, they should pull their finger out to get you the car you ordered.

Or give you some compensation. I would have thought anyway.

As for some extras as a freebie.
