Today I have mostly been Zainoing...
...and I've just found a whole bunch of muscles I didn't know I had.
Was at it for 4 hours and I'm aaaaabsolutely knackered!
It's definitely worth it though. It's amazing the sense of achievement you get simply by getting your car seriously shiny.
Anybody got any excercise tips that'll train me up for the spring and the next full session?
You know, a special Zaino training regime. Could be something for the Tech FAQ.
