The heat from the seats warms the 'core' of your body and make driving with the top down a less shivery experience simply feels more comfortable on a cold day.

Only the low setting is needed, if I do put them on high they are quickly moved to low as it is unpleasant for more than ten minutes.

For the cost involved it's good value if it also expands the number of days you can talk a passenger into enjoying a drive with the top down
