Around the Thames Valley the police are obsessed with tinted windows, some units have a machine that measures the tint , often see them out with it.

Is this why the real crime detection clear up rate is only around 3% around Wokingham and Reading?
This country seems completely doomed now.
It's rumoured that Obergruppenfuhrer Brunstrom is coming to Thames Valley from bandit country up there in N Wales.
I don't think he likes S2000's. And Hayabusa's even less, by all accounts.
Perhaps you and the lads could find a way to welcome him?
As regards black windows, they frequently seem especially popular with certain ethnic people, often on old 3-series.
What is the perceived point to having black windows anyway?
