I'm lucky enough to have a 400lb/ft max torque wrench, don't use it much though, or at least tightening nuts, comes in handy for really tight nuts that need to come of with minimal effort.

its my understanding your nut supposed to use torque wrenches to loosen nuts/bolts??

I use a breaker bar, not saying its right or wrong but I did read it somewhere

My torque wrench is the type that is reversed by pushing the 1/2 drive to the other side, so the mechanism seems to work both directions ok.
