I almost bought a VR6 many years ago, but bought the 200sx

We don't want anything over 5 years old so the VW is out

If it's comfort you want, have you considered a V6 Cougar. Lot's of Mondeo bits, cheap servicing and plenty of kit. Hatch is useful too.

The prices are on the floor for these and they're not a bad drive. Not a patch on the 'lude but that may not be your priority.

I don't think it's a hatchback by the look of the pictures A lot of car for the money again though

I had a V6 Cougar.

Excellent car for what it is and now very cheap.

Certainly worth a look.
