Default They wear well these Bridgestones

Just been checking my tyres and I notice that I need to replace the fronts as they are wearing on the inner edge. The last time I replaced them was February 2009 at 25,000 miles and the cars on 54,000 now- that's a pretty impressive wear rate by any standard. The rears were replaced in September 2011 at 43,000 and still have at least 3mm all over.

Think I'll stick with the Bridgee's if they're still available.

shit, you got 11000 miles out of the rears and 25000 out of the fronts ... I can only dream !

BTW 3mm on the rears would be time for me to change those also.

29k out of the fronts! I'll do the fronts this month and the rears in April. I must really drive like a granny to get that much life from the tyres.

I can't find the RE050 MZ anymore in stock. Does it make that much difference to get the REO50?

You've presumably been doing a Ferris Bueler's day off thing with having the wheels off the ground with the engine running?

I must admit I do baby the car. Just found some MZ's online from here

http://www.tyresavings.com/

Fronts being fitted Thursday £230.00 all in. Not bad for 29,000 miles of motoring lol.

Bandit, it is not clear on the Blackcircles website but them do have them, I replaced mine a few months ago & just phoned them up & sorted it there & then rather than guess which one it is online.

Don't forget to use your discount code too to save a few quid more

I was going to get on my soap box about Bridgestones being rubbish, but if you get 11k out of the rears, I guess lateral grip and break away feel isn't really an issue here
