Not a recall. I had to have two replacement clutches under warranty in the first year or two of getting my MY00 because of this noise. A revised clutch which is now fitted cures this problem. Some people have found this rattle on overrun to be an exhaust shield though.

I have got the extended warranty. do you think i could get it done on that? it pisses me off now. didn't notice it so much in the summer with the hood down but the roof up its quite noticeable

Johnson's Honda (oxford) replaced mine with the updated (055) clutch under my extended warranty a few weeks ago.
I did buy the car from them though.
Try a few dealers as Aylesbury Honda said it couldn't be done under warranty.
