Mugen exhaust and T1R test pipe, no rattles.
One bit that might be worth check is the black heatsheild in the engine compartment protecting the ABS system from the manifold.

Since I've had my manifold fitted this rattles on mine. Must sort it out.....

Ive got it too. i also get it when i left of at high revs. i thought it was the heat shield at first but its still there after i removed it. it sounds v raspy with the cat. maybe the manifold and exhaust change will sort that out. although im not sure what exhaust to go for now as i had my heart set on a supersprint system but this might make unbearably raspy!

When you go to high RPM'S and let off the gas you'll hear ringing around 3500 rpm .
So the ringing is not related to your cat or exhaust .

Its not clutch buzz, I've only had it since I fitted the decat and I get it under WOT in vtec and at high revs coming back down the rev-range having lifted off.
