iirc Honda do not sell suspension bushes on their own, they sell the whole arm which is stupid money.

I believed you need to buy aftermarket brand like mugen, powerflex etc. Run a search on internet.

been told its the front upper bushes that need replacing, so can i just buy the Powerflex ones (for £20) and get a garage to fit those rather than having the buy the bushs and the arms from honda (for £500) ?

talk to Garage R which is doing a GB on the whole set but may be able to help out. Plus Rob is a really nice guy that will not screw you around.

Very very rarely hear of upper bush problems. More likely to be compliance bushes that have gone IMO

Compliance bushes will be a bit more work to replace.

i'll take it to a garage to get them to have a look at it, but if it is the upper bushes, is that a thing that i can just get the bushes and take them to get fitted, or is it likely the arm would need replacing anyway?
