Nah, he recently got spanked by a Fiat Punto so he's currently looking for a dyno to check everything.

Oi! Lay off Saxo Boy.

He's got his Jocks badge now, so it's only us that are allowed to slag him off.

He's actually happy with the car now he's put it back to standard, and he acquitted himself very well on a fairly fastish meet.

Sorry Pete but thats just utter bollocks.. the Stock Supra will top out at 175mph if its de-limited where the S2K will run out of steam around 150. One with 400 true bhp will be 180+

How can you explain away 1/4 mile terminal speeds of 10+mph difference from a standing start, you're not gonna be catching at all at higher speeds. As Mike said it'll only get worse.
Is it really, were you there?

I never mentioned being flat out.

We were 2nd gear out of a roundabout, upto 5th gear 120 ish, 3 times out of 3 roundabouts.

As I said before, NOTHING in it, the guy ( a friend of a friend) came up to me a few wks later at Elvington and asked what I had done to the S, all I have is PRM intake, his exact words were, "mines just come back from Abbey with nearly 400bhp"

If you dont believe me thats upto you.

Hehe say what you want Pete but I know how 'real' 400bhp cars go like m8...

Like I said, I've raced Mikes S2K in my standard Supra, there wasnt much in it up to 100, I was pulling away from him as he sat behind me in my tail wind, but after that I started pulling away hard, maybe 5-7 car lengths at 130. Now against my m8s REAL 400bhp Supra that I tried to keep up with around the Nurburgring he left me for dust on the straights.

I suppose you keep up with 911 turbos and Modenas too right?
