Default Super Air Induction kit

came across this on my searches...any one heard about them..if they are good..?
after seeing the issues on some of the Muz intakes and fitting I thought this might be a good option...bit pricey though.

WTF is that! Looks more like some sort of FI as opposed to an air intake.

they say..

ARC Air Intake Box greatly improves engine response at any engine RPMs.
ARC Air Induction Box is further enhanced with a built-in, aerodynamic designed funnel.
ARC Air Induction Box helps laminar flow at the edge when air is suck through the air intake.
ARC Air Induction Box requires no modification for all vehicle specific models.
ARC Air Induction Box is completely bolt-on.

ARC Air Induction Box looks like its been fabricated cheaply purely out of sheet metal to avoid tooling costs for complex shapes
ARC Air Induction Box looks like it gives no additional benefits over standard

Stay well away - not the best of air intakes unless you want a hot air intake.

CA - not very popular in the STates - only a handful I thought.

This is something I seriously looked into. You need the version with the additional chamber which is shown in the pic above to the right of the filter.

They are popular with the US owners, but read some of the post's about them. There are a lot of posts most of them negative.

Expensive too not far off the Mugen which has good write ups.
I decided it wasn't worth the gamble.
