Default Sunburnt...

I got my first S a week ago today and made sure I didn't drink on Friday night to get up especially early to have a blast today!

Done a good 400 miles with one pub lunch stop and keep forgetting that the wind cools your skin and without noticing my arms and face are monza red in contrast!!

Had a great day and am now laid up with sunstroke...

Talk about pleasure pain!!

I did the same on Thursday even though I had sunblock and a hat in the car
Ended up with a bit of sunstroke on Friday morning
Managed to avoid it this afternoon!

Today was insane, I actually put sunblock on and dug the cap out from under the passenger seat!

After washing the car last year, I went and had a snooze in the garden. Had my hands on my chest though and woke an hour and a half later with a very sunburned chest and 2 perfect white handprints. The missus and kids were in stitches for days.

This morning though I have a very red forehead.

If this is global warming I'm fitting a decat and leaving my fridge door open all night...

I spent most of yesterday gardening / bbqing / drinking and despite factor 10 - i'm a healthy shade of pink this morning .... that is one of the warmest days i've felt since JAE last September. I don't think i'd have wanted to be out in the car with it as hot as that which is why i'll be opting for some more gardening / bbq / drinking today
