Default Struggling to find torque settings

Guys,

I've removed my front and rear shock absorbers to fit Eiabch springs and also the front upper arms from the chassis to allow me to remove the shock absorber However, I can't see the relevant torque settings when searching on the forum... any ideas? Or just yank them up?

Thanks Chris, sorted on the shock absorber. But still unclear as to the torque setting on the upper arm. I assume it's the flange bolt? It slides through the chassis, through the arm and bush and bolts into the nut welded onto the chassis lug??
