Strange Gearbox/gearchange noise
Any ideas on this one?
Last week I noticed a strange noise coming from the engine/gearbox, initially it felt like it was when the camshaft changed, but now I think it's more like when you change gear. I couldn't hear any noise at all when the roof was down (which is most of the time) so it might have been going on a while. Also can't hear any noise when the engine is revved stationary.
Engine oil level is good and oil is a month old (Castrol 5W-40) and there is currently no TCT noise after refurbing at the same time as the oil change.
I popped over to a mate's yard to take a video of the noise (apologies for poor quality), which you can hear the noise in a couple of the gearchanges. Its the "metallic scratchy sound" particularly around the 40mph and 70mph shifts.

I'm getting the car in the air this weekend to have a good poke over and change gearbox and diff oils, is there anything anyone can think of to check that might be the cause? The only other thing to change recently has been rear discs and pads, which I doubt are related.
