Stone chip and body work advice

The Chips Away man managed to polish out a surface scratch on the drivers door and filled in the small stone chip on the drivers side headlight surround. This is still visible but hopefully won't rust anymore. He was unable to do anything to the couple of areas where it looks like the laquer has perished as the paint wouldn't take. I don't know the cost and (invoice to Honda), and he took a couple of hours, although a lot of this was on the bits he couldn't do. I'd give this service 6/10.
I also had some-one out from Dents & Dings yesterday to straighten out two small indents in the tailgate of my wife's BMW Compact, after I reversed it into a wheelie bin. He took about an hour and did a 95% job of straightening out the dents, which were difficult to get at from behind do to the position of a strengthening strut. The cost was
