As well as my Induction and Exhaust investigations I also will be looking to upgrade the stock Shock/Spring/Roll bars if needed.

Read the links in my sig. I would be cautious about any Japanese dampers for the S2000 as the spring rates are generally too high. Better to keep a relatively modest pring rate increase (say 50%) and go for stiffer anti roll bars.

The spoon springs they sugg are the progressive ones. Ive had strange experiences with Eibach springs that were progressive. On the Evo they introduced some nasty characteristics of wobble and bounce on the ride...

Hmmm

Craig Read your Thread , the setup you have is V nice ( what did it cost?) Id need it to be setup correctly but I could go for full coilvers.

Did you also read the installation thread (click on "Nitron rac spec suspension" in my sig)?

Is it as simple as using Craig's set up on an 05/05 if his is designed for the 02 model?

Just wondered, as I think when I moaned about the feel of the 04/05 compared to the 02, someone raised the question of changing the dampers. If it makes a big difference to the 04/05 I might be tempted

Dampers only work properly for one (ie a linear) spring rate.

With progs, all the other spring rates will be wrong, which is why they're a good idea.

Hate to think of the warranty and insurance hassles though - would really to hear a report of someone using them on an 04/05, with before and after.
