hi guys
I want to upgrade the head unit in the car so that i can play MP3 cd's. Any ideas what units fit/work well and can utilise the existing control buttons on the right han side of the steering wheel.

appreciate your comments guys

Have a search, but most people use Alpine head-units coupled with the Alpine adapter for the controls. www.mcs-direct.co.uk sells the head units & control adapter.

I have a MP3 headunit as well as MP3 CD Changer (ie 7 x MP3 CDs) - there are other options eg iPOD.

Alpine is the most easily used, they make an adaptor for the S controls but if like me you dont like Alpine you can get an adaptor made for whatever unit you decide to use.

I went for a Sony one.

I would go for Alpine.

PS I tried selling a Sony adapter for less than half that price and nobody was interested
