Standard suspension spring rate

Standard suspension spring rate
(tried searching but couldn't find anything)
What is the spring rate (in kg) for standard 2001 suspension springs? I ask because I'm looking at getting some BC coilovers soon and I'm thinking maybe go harder than they advertise if practical. I'm looking to see how hard I can get away with (not looking for comfort really). Maybe people who have BC's can comment on their setup?

IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S 5/3.6 kg f/r.
i just tried tein flex which has 10/12.
usually going twice the stiffness of the springs is unbearable on the road.
so i was surprised how "not crashing" thse were......
can't say about buddy clubs as shocks quality also matters....
