Yep road legal. Why would it not be? If it's the protrusion from the arch, that's just the pic angle I think. The wheels do t actually stick out past the arch.

Yep Stoptech ST40s

Ok people ... So it boils down to this :

I like the prodrive wheels that are for sale on here
(18x8j +51) not staggered

However I have came across a set of o.z. ultralagera
That are perfect for the car (staggered , right offsets,18 ")

My question is , will there be a difference in handling between the two wheels. bearing in mind the prodrives have staggered tires on them ..

I drive my car quite fast on the roads but do not track it. And I do not really want to have the handling comprised a great deal , as the s2k's are tail happy to begin with .

Thanks

No, it won't matter if they are staggered.

The tyre stagger is the important bit.

Having said that with an 8" front you can run a 235 should you want to. 225 is the smallest I'd do otherwise you're starting to stretch the tyre.

Personal preference really, I would've liked to have them wider than 8 at the back but you can still squeeze a 245 on there to make the tyres staggered with a 225 up front.
