Plenty of threads on this with a search.
Buy some black felt (eBay or haberdashery).
Unscrew the plastic belt guide from the top of the seat with two big cross head bolts.
Slip a square of felt under it and screw the belt guide through it to secure it.
You need a couple inches 'flap' on the front side for the belt to run on.

sticky back velcro - the fluffy bit.
Just cut a shallow arc and stick in front of the guide. Keeps the belt clear and quiet.

I don't have a squeaking seatbelt, but the drivers seat has developed a loud and annoying creaking which is continuous if the car is moving, or if I move against the upper part of the seat. As it's coming from the top part of the seat, it is straight into my ears. The only way I can mask it is my having the roof down, which is fine at the moment, but maybe not in the depths of winter! If I push the central cushion gently, it creaks. It's been into the dealer, but they haven't been able to stop it. The passenger seat is fine. Would a leather cleaner help and if so which one?

Passenger side does that on mine. Only started recently though. Temporary fix is to remove it from the guide. It's where it rubs on the sit that causes the noise though. Common problem it seems so I will try some of the solutions posted above.
