Yellow 52 plate driving through High Wych around 6pm last night (Wednesday).
MCB coming out of Edinburgh Way Tesco in Harlow at 9:15am this morning, had a private plate starting with E I think.
No waves as was driving the girlfriends Ford KA. Oh the shame.
