Black facelift on J9 m40, eifher a breakdown or puncture, not sure, couldn't stop as only saw you on the hard shoulder at last minute, hope its Ok

Yesterday afternoon, a Silverstone, WK53***, parked outside Café Nero on Howardsgate, Welwyn Garden City. No Club markers on the car so I left a card under the wiper, and was having a Latte in the coffee bar when the owner drove off. However, as he did so, the 'heavens opened' and the card is probably lying in the gutter somewhere!
