That black one in Holborn , was it in Great Queen St near the United Grand Lodge, Freemasons Hall , also known as the office in Spooks! I have posted several times about that one with no response, its there virtually every day.
Perhaps the driver is a Mason and trying to keep quiet about it, I did ask if it belonged to any one in the building but no one had any idea.
