to be honest its just a replacement filter for the standard air box, and an expensive one at that, may sound different, but I cant imagine there would be a power gain as is usual with the S - You may do better spending the money on a proper CAI OR spend a lot less on a cheaper cone replacement KandN etc

I used the SPoon filter for a short time coupled with a Spoon replica snorkel. You'll definitely notice the sharper throttle response and a meatier intake noise.

I think it did make a difference, but im bound to say that as I have one for sale. It was certainly better than the 9000 mile stock filter it replaced. I think paper/fibre filters are only at their best when new.

Just Fitted a Spoon Air Filter at my last service - Overall it does make for a crisper resonce + slight sound change.
More Bling-Bling I suppose, but it does look far better than the screwed up 'Cardbourd Box' that it is fitted as standard

If you guys are going to change to the Spoon filter - I would recomend you remove the L shape air thing underneath the lid and also cut down the partition inside the airbox down to 1 inch and then block off the resonator chamber at the back righ of the airbox with some thick plastic.
