Nowhere with as broad a range of products. Tokyo Express might be worth a try.
Individual companies will probably have their own re-sellers - Mugen, for example, have an authorised re-seller in Glasgow, GP Shop. Spoon has a European distributor based in the UK. HKS has a broad range of distributors across the country. Beyond that, I'm not sure.
