me and a mate used to go down to Horsham when we were teenagers in his riced up Metro
As you leave Dorking on the A24 about 1 mile before the Bear Green roundabout complex there is a downhill left hander...we were flat in the Metro doing 100mph and the dashboard pod was literally floating!!!
Did some really silly things during those teenage years
The road to Horsham is awesome when there's no traffic

Ah, the lovely A24. One of my favourite roads and the A29 too! I usually take that road towards newdigate (yes that is a place) and there are some great country roads there. I have preference for country roads because the dual carriageways are a bit boring unless you are going top speed and I don't like doing that on public roads. I like a bit of the twisty stuff which is where the car shines. Last Sunday saw at least 3 police car, all marked, and one was right opposite the roundabout where the bikers were. I though it was rather bad because they were intimidating one group and singling them out for no reason especially when they are just parked up. There is a law against that kind of thing. If I was in the group I might have a few things to say to plod.

Depends on where and in what circumstances, I'd imagine. If they consider you to have lost control of the car, or maybe to have been driving either without due care and attention or recklessly, I can't see much hope in trying to point the car's alleged tail-happiness.
The response to that would surely be "if you were aware of that, you should have been driving even more carefully to begin with!"
