i reckon..

Having no insurance (unforgivable - death sentence)
Having no MOT (naughty but could be forgetfulness if only a few months)
Speeding (no naughty, everyone does it and rightly so)
No tax (wgaf? we pay enough taxes and blair will only spend it on speed cameras, so long as 1 and 2 are in order i couldn't care less)

I thought if you had no MOT and have an accident you affectively have no insurance. So I would have thought:

1) No MOT
2) No Insurance
3) Speeding
4) No tax (as doesn't affect ins)

i don't think that is the case unless your car is not roadworthy (which a valid MOT doesn't prove obviously)

Alternatively, wear a tea-towel on your head and they'll think you're a suicide bomber, stick you in jail for conspiracy and forget all about the motoring offences.

Get your thinking but if you are involved in a collision it may be hard to prove that your car was roadworthy.
