Speed Delimter your JDM with Apexi RSM
Since I tried to find out how to do this pretty much everywhere, and got not very far, I thought i'd offer this to other members who would like to remove the speed restriction from their JDM S2000.
*NOTE*
In no way should this guide be used to reak havoc on the public road. 70mph is the limit and we all stick to it. This guide will let you use your JDM on the track/Autobahn to its full potential
There are a few ways to delimit your JDM, although after doing some research, using the Apexi Rev Speed Meter (RSM) seems to be the cheapest way. These units can be had on EBay for about

I think there is a simple little widget that can do it too, available from Quick conversions:
http://www.quickconversions.co.uk/
It's called SpeedM8 IIRC and they do S2KUK discount.

I used this to great effect on my JDM .. the G-Sensor is a great gadget too.
Once you know weight and acceleration, you can work out (roughly) BHP.

The de-limiters on ebay cause issues.
They are not de-limiters usually, they just divide the speed by 1.6 and convert them form KMPH to MPH. Meaning the limiter is now at ~180mph, not 180kmph.
Has been known to interfere with speed sensitive PAS etc.
I'd rather go the RSM route as it leaves the ECU using the origional units and over 112mph.

Mine is still limited
Is there any other way than this to de-limit??
I just don't want one of those units visible in and around the cockpit area.
ECU changes, how much do they cost??
Just want to de-limit nothing else.

It's not a big box and there is LOADS of wire for you to place it out of sight
