Ta It's a 2pm hearing.
(one side effect I didn't anticipate of the weight I put on last year and my subsequent bulking up is neck size - only one bloody shirt fits )

I'm still waiting for a response to my questions
Started off with a speeding nip - M25 cams - requesting driver details
Stated they had 'photographic and technical evidence'
I asked to see the 'evidence' on the basis that I didn't know who was driving the car at the time
Photo duly arrived - impossible to see occupant(s) let alone driver
Came with 'new' wording stating that the cam was never intended to provide identification and threatening prosecution for failing to provide details
I've responded by saying that I CAN'T, not that I WON'T
And asking if they expect me to own up to something I haven't done
Awaiting response.......
The original speeding incident occurred last October

Go sign up at www.pepipoo.co.uk mate. You can be done under S172 for not providing details, regardless of the circumstances, unless you follow a particular route/sequence of events. Details of which I don't know as I'm not overly familiar with the system. The guys there are though.
I'm sure you're more than aware that the legal process does not always follow sensible, intuitive or even "right" courses. This is one of them.

There were at least 30 people with access to my car on that day
I've given the Police details of every one
