Which Spark Plugs ?
54k service booked and agreed with the dealer I will supply my own sparkers but does anyone have recommendations?
On Spark-plug.co.uk they have NGK PFR 7G 11S Iridium plugs,

NGK IFR7G-11KS are the new irridium / Plat replament to the PFR's. Some use the BKR8 Irridium which is a heat range colder.
If you are going to look at changing plugs over the OEM fitted ones Id suggest that you fit some and keep checking them as they could be too cold.
I ended up sending some pics to NGk in the Uk who told me that the BKR8's that im running were in the correct heat range yet the PFR's in the car were running too hot as I wasnt sure what the deal was as there is a lot of confusion over plugs
If you are not sure just replace them with the stock PFR or IFR plugs
