OK I've looked through the extensive history on here of Spark Plugs.

Got 54K service nad getting my own plugs:

AE has got NGK Iridium IX BKR8EIX fitted and he seems to have a good enough knowledge of stuff (from what I've seen).

Local guy can provide standard Plat plugs at

I've gone for IX BKR7EIX now, as you don't need a plug as cold as the 8, unless you have serious mods like FI

btw I do not have good knowledge, I just read a lot here
