Default Spare keys

I've just got my first S and it only came with 1 key.

I'm always losing my keys so want another one just in case!!! Where can I get another key from? It's got the imm chip inside it, so is Honda the only place? Would I be without my keys while they send it away?

Aswell, I've only got one remote key fob (3 button style), can I just get one from ebay? Would I have to get it programmed?

Thanks,

Nick

Is the charge for key code and remote for programming the immob and fob?

I take i that I'd then have to take my original key and blank from Honda to a locksmiths to get it cut?

Thanks,

Nick

Honda have key codes on their system IIRC otherwise it will be in your documents.

The part numbers I ref are all you need and yes that is the smaller one with inny and outty buttons side by side.

The coding is for both key and fob

They order in and then code to your car in a few mins when you go to get em

90 for fob alone is nuts phone Maidstone get them to send to you then either program yourself or take to you stealer for them to program
