Thewww... Thanks AB
I was shatty myself about what you guys were talking about. I had no idea and was wondering whether it's an S2000 or not we're talking about.
lastly, is it possible to get a spare immobiliser key?

Nick he's getting a JDM
MT - I would check that you have all the keys because as a prospective buyer I would pass on a car that didn't have all the keys. I've just checked my keys - Vixen is correct there should be:
1 red
1 grey
2 black
MT - get on the blower mate.

I remember having a valeting key with my 02 but only remember being given two keys with my 04, neither of which was grey...
(I know that's not the least bit relevant to the subject at hand, but I'm now wondering whether I should be concerned! )

So far, all of us with 04s only have two keys, so I'm a bit more reassured.
Good news, since my dealer is (a) now nearly 100 miles away since I moved but rather more importantly (b) now a Mitsubishi rather than Honda dealer!
