I work in insurance too.. without witnesses she has almost no chance of winning having rear ended you. Accidents on highways are (almost) never caused by people reversing.. be honest, use the report the guys have put together and I'm sure you will be ok. With legal protection yyou should be able to claim for your excess too.

Ok woken up damage does not look that bad in daylight , bottom of rear wing, rear bumper - here is a better diagram so will attach to the forms when i get them in the post, Other party has not even informed there insurance yet so no idea how long this will take!!!

Cant be bothered to read all the other replies, but in 99% of cases if she has gone into the back of you (which she clearly has) it will be her fault! Even if the front car slams their anchors on for no good reason, if the car behind goes into them they are deemed to have not left a safe stopping distance = their fault.
If I were you I'd be getting your insurers to deal with it - send that aerial pic in (maybe draw the lines a bit cleaerer ) and let them sort it - thats what you pay them for!
