damage does not look that bad at all.. bumper and rear wing,

went though to there legal department "albany assistance", they said they would provide like for like vehicle while its repaired and that i have to agree to some sort of credit agreement about there costs etc ??? no idea on that so said send me the paperwork... never belive what im told on the phone and dont like the idea to agreeing to some sort of hire agreement....

will take pictures on sat, its just a bent in rear bumper , but good point to get tracking checked as it was that area she hit...

I'm old-fashioned enough to think that if you run into the back of someone, you are at fault. If I did something like that I would put my hand up and admit it. To say that I was gobsmacked, when the Court Arbitrator ruled that my daughter was one third to blame for the accident, is an understatement!
Not neccesarily true though. Im going through a claim at the moment where some daft bint pulled into the outside lane of a dual track from a side road straight in front of me and i ran up the back of her. There is no way in hell its my fault, i was doing 50 and she moved in front of me at 10mph.

Its a slow and laborious process, thats for sure, and im not 100% convinced that justice will be done in my case.

Sorry to hear this As the others say you should be okay with it being rear-ended whatever bull she makes up.

It has taken over 18mths to sort out a claim which has ended up 50/50 because the other party has lied through his back-teeth, no witnesses and they insist that my photographs of skid marks proving my position aren't 'independent' enough. I was happy to give court evidence (might be worth mentioning to your insurers) and he was happy to lie in court apparently. Solicitors were too chicken shit to take it that far and made me settle 50/50 before it cost the legal expenses any more. Thankfully I will recover my costs/XS etc with the payout from the settlement although I am pi$$ed off on the principle of it

It riles me that people are so deceitful and fail to accept the consequences of their actions and insurers actively encourage it Solicitors exist to generate cash for themselves (

What she said really makes no difference, it's the driving that matters. Stick to the facts of the incident, not the aftermath. That's all the insurers/lawyers care about.
True to an extent, but if his account of what happened is challenged, inconsistencies in his account about what she said could be undermining.
