When I was T-boned on my bike I did a very nice diagram using Google maps.
Rather than drawing over the top of a photo I traced it using Illustrator so I could include all relavant road markings and light postions and keep it accurate and simple.

ugh again the 'young man' in the ' sports car' Cut infront of me going to fast....
Woman accused me of doing 50mph on the estate the other day because she 'heard me'. I then questioned her ability to judge doppler shift to which she told me to get a better car!
If she says you were going fast, she has to state how fast.
When she quotes a number, she won't have any knowledge of the implications of how a clip at 50mph at that position would have caused you to spin.
She will not have mentioned you spinning, thus simple facts have proven her to be the bullsh1tt3r she quite clearly is.
Just be patient and forthcoming with all evidence as quickly as possible.
If she bends the truth, there will be a way to prove she is lying.

Tombucks, sorry to hear about this. I agree with Ninebolts, you do need to keep a full note of what happened for your own memory refreshing purposes. To be of most use the note needs to be as contemporaneous as possible. With that in mind, I see you have already got two different accounts of what the woman said to you after the collision, if you compare your original post with your draft statement.
