Some wingnut drove into the back of me!
Yeah, that's right my own bloody manager drove into the back of me last night!
I was stopped at some lights in Southampton waiting to turn into Leisure World and saw my "mate" driving up behind me, but he just didn't seem to stop! I spoke to him when we got into the car park and he said he looked away then looked up and sneezed and this put him off.
Had a look at the damage this morning and it isn't that bad at all. I think the bumper must have reformed itself. The towing eye needs replacing and the numberplate and surround are all cracked.
It is going into Norton Way on Monday for the 63k mile service and 2nd MOT so I'll get them to give it the once over just to make sure there's nothing untoward gone on behind the bumper and find out how much it is going to cost for replacement bits.
At least it isn't too bad. I still can't believe of all the people to drive into me, it would be my own works manager!

I don't think 3rd party-induced mishaps are really in the spirit of your Carper Top 10, Col - it can happen to anyone, and it's not like you can do much about it.

Maybe we should have to classes. Bit like WRC.. those who choose to crash their own car whilst driving with due care and attention to the fact that they are about to crash and those who are rear endedd whilst picking their noses at traffic lights.

I think it should be for people who bin it on bends...
It would also be interesting to record the type of tyres used in each case, length of S2K ownership and the cost of repairs.
At the end of winter we could then have a vote on the "Bin Of The Year"

However, these situations could be a 'yes' if the S driver has done anything naughty in the lead up.........

The idea of a detailed crash top ten intrigues me, to the point of actually starting one.
But I fear for a serious crash that kills somebody. That would put my chart into a bit of a quandary.
