Downer, I feel for you. It was February last year they did mine and it started snowing when the police turned up. It was then I found they'd been in the boot and nicked my coat, which was nice for the 30 miles home down the motorway in a blizzard with no window!
Took RAC Windscreens 2 weeks to get the glass for mine, as they had none in stock and Honda UK had it on back order from Japan. Hope yours gets sorted faster than that.
