Default So its sunny today...

Sunny so roof comes down but passenger window not going up. At work now so quickly swapped driver and passenger side motor fuses but thats not cured it. What else can I check during my lunch break at 13:30 before weather takes a turn for the worst! Also - if I have to force it up, how is this done?
Some swift advice would be greatly appreciated!

If this is the usual problem. I wish that nothing is broken.

Edit. We would have had enough time for a little fun.
