Police condemn 156mph
If he had been on a bike he would have been put away for at least a couple of months

Bear in mind the whole case was a screw up. He's been done this time for reckless conduct as they couldn't do him for speeding as the Police never issued the NIP within the required period.

Ok, fair's fair the guy deserves what he got, but I thought the CSL was quicker than that?
Out of interest, how come this is "inherently dangerous" and risked lives, but when that PC caught nabbed at the same speed it was ok because he was "testing his car"?
One time you can get jailed, another time you can get a ban and fine, but if you know the right people and are in the right job, a quick slap on the wrists and a "don't do it again" will suffice???

He could afford one of the top lawyers that specialises in motoring offences - he was never going to get to play mummies and daddies in Barlinnie sadly
Allegedly, he has a particular personalised number plate which he moves from car to car depending on which of his many motors he is driving at the time.
