Should I track or not
I am poised to press the button and buy some time at Cadwell Park this coming wednesday, the question is should I go or not? I have tracked only once before at Oulton Park in a westfield at a TVR day which was good but not my car.
I feel I want to take the S onto a track, and Cadwell looks technical and fun, if a little narrow, but obviously I don't want to trash my car, or do too much damage to the tyres and brakes. Or should I simply go and not worry about it, oh I will be looking for some tuition too at the beginning so someone can show me the circuit and the lines I should take etc.
Thanks for any views and opinions.

I would go, but dont give it full beans till you've learnt the track!! just take it easy and you'll be fine, after all you can always lift you right foot

I tend to agree with you and Hyper, I am not worried about the technicality of the circuit, although it does look narrow so cars wanting to pass, is that an issue it doesn't look very wide?
Seriously, I will only go as fast as I want to go and feel comfortable going

I would say it could be, but you've only got to stay sharp and look around you and anticipate every move

i want to track my car big time, only thing is, i know i'll toast tyres
the main thing i'm really worried about is aggression too. i think considering my excitement behind the wheel on a no-speed-limit session i'd need an empty runway first to learn just what the car can and can't take - handling wise
my attitude towards this is simple. no point modifying something i can't handle in stock form, so learn how to get the most out of it how it is before i start messing around with braces, suspension brakes and wheels.
