Default Shocks , uprated and where to buy from?

Front right shock died, all leaked out and sounds like a train over tracks on bumps now. Does anyone recommend a updated shock, and where's the best place to buy.

Only want some decent shocks, not gold plated encrusted with diamond nitrons

I was looking for places that sold Koni yellows (which seem to be highly regarded on the US parts of this site) not so long ago. I found several with a google search...

If you go for koni just be careful when putting the spare in, it hits on the adjuster knob thing and made mine leak.

I've got 3 good ones and one leaky one yours for 200.

This is an entirely new area to me, they say 'adjustable' but what actually adjusts? Do they come at a preset level or need setting up?

Koni's aren't that good, as the height adjustment is crap. Two fixed positions that never settle the same all round. They also seem to fail occassionally from the US guys.

BTW IIRC the Koni's exclude the springs! Also be careful with spring rates. Stock is ~250 lbs. Many of the JDM set up are rock hard @ ~500 lbs. My Nitrons are ~350 lbs

Have a look at the Bilsteins.
