Should be in the manual? Also have a look at the FAQ, what to do and where to do it is well written up there...

Not in either! But it is simple!
Thinly apply and rub in to the rubber seal on the front and side edges of the roof.
I tend to partially open the roof to make it easier.
I also leave the windows down for an hour or so after to stop ot getting on th top edge and getting smeared up and down the window every time you use them
I also usually do the roof mechanism with white lithium grease at the same time

Stick it on any rubber you can find - including boot seal.

A little goes a long way.

Where's the best place to get this stuff and where can I get some lithium grease from?

What sort of times intervals are required in-between applications?

You can get the shitzu stuff from your local dealer (you might need the part no. as they won't have a clue what you are on about) - it's not that expensive -

3 quid off eBay.

Search for silicone grease...

You can also get it in aerosol form from your friendly local diving store(if you have one)

Shin Itsu grease leave no crap behind and gets soaked up beautifully by the rubber. After having to prep a car that had standard silicon grease on it I wouldn
