I assume that the bush is a rubber tube with a steel tube through the middle. It may have an outer steel tube too, but I guess from the description that the outer rubber tube is simply a force fit into the suspension arms.
So what seizes? Is it the mounting bolt seizing in the steel tube through the bush? Can you move the bolt without dismantling the whole suspension and without upsetting the suspension alignment/geometry?
My car is garaged and rarely gets wet - except when being washed - but I am interested in what I can do to prevent this rather awful sounding problem. I have looked at the tech manual but failed to find a nice clear diagram.

Thanks for all the replys chaps
Unfortunatly I don't have a before allignment settings from the last geo at ABP, just a handwritten after sheet I have asked for a before and after sheet from the company doing the geo this time, so this should at show if the alligment on the n/s was accuratly documented by ABP in the first instance.
I've had one lower arm replaced due to a failed bushing and it would appear the n/s is also seized, but this will be confirmed tomorow when they attempt to redo the allignment. If it found to be seized, then I shall be onto Honda customer services screaming holly hell, as I feel this has the potential to endager lives. A theat of negative publicity should get some arses into gear.
I have some photo's showing whats left of the original bush, which i'll post up on monday (BB connection @work )
Apparantly Honda technical say they don't have a problem with seized lower arms on the S2, well Honda tech, you soon will have. Imagine all those 3 year plus S's coming to have their geo done and can't because the bushes have seized, thats a lot of potentialy unsafe and misalligned S2000's on the road.
If anyone who has first hand experience of this problem please contact me via PM detailing the affected component and Honda's subsequent action or indeed inaction.
I'll keep you all posted
