Only the JDM. If you have a UKDM, you have a bigger washer bottle and that'll add a few kilos to the front.

Pretty sure that's the relay code - strange you should get that after replacing pump and relay, unless there's a ground somewhere that's shorting out the relay and fusing it closed ?

I got this when I put my air pump delete resistor in the wrong socket and shorted out the whole system pre-relay. https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/905...t__p__22692976

So it's also possible there's some defective wiring as you first thought, but I'd give the relay a whack in the first instance

Well I replaced it with a second hand pump and relay and was told that engine light wasn't on but took lads word for it! I'll do a bit of checking with multimeter tomorro nite. Any specific size hammer I should give de relay a whack with?!

Who cares about 50:50?. Its some hype BMW created which actually ignores critical factors like where the weight is, close to the middle or hanging over the front.

Polar moment of intertia is key and removing 5kg that far forward is going to help more than the tiny change to the weight distribution.

Sorted - probably was a stuck relay or motor anyway that blew the fuse so not a wasted effort in replacing the pump and relay.
