Default Scoop new boxster - radical changes!

Apparently strongly influenced by S2K - in certain areas.

Note, clue that Boxster is now front engined (FWD?) - see air duct behind front wheel.

Rear-steer effect can just be seen on photo.

Porsche engineers commented "even though radical changes have been made it was possible to carry over the basic structure and layout of the out going model".

Porsche further added "suicide type doors were considered but these were ditched late in the development stage in favour of conventional opening doors, it was felt that this may be one change too far for Boxster buyers"

Anyone notice this months review of Evo's long term Boxter S.

Guy seems to have endless problems with it ........... and his dealer sounds incompetent.

That is quite a pretty car! Maybe MGR or another kit-car manufacturer should productionise it!

StevenM,

That doesn't surprise me. The cars have more AI than the dealers, just like M-B! Watch another reputation fall apart.

Zero didn't need to....... they've spotted it already!

The boys at Boxanet obviously keep a close eye on the competition!

Also a funny story about a race between a Boxster and something with only 1bhp:
