Default schools back today :( and rattle from passenger seat belt

schools are obviously back today as traffic seems to have increased massively. My normal (only 2 weeks old as not long moved house) 20 minute cross country commute down fantastic deserted roads seems to have become polluted with more cars. I didn't manage vtec once on my whole drive to work

anyway, serious question. i get a really annoying rattle from the seatbelt buckle on the drivers side. its hooked into the clip but still seems to rattle up against the trim no matter how i try to position it. any suggestions over what i can do to stop this?

I get it only sometimes.
When I do I do the belt up. Ie plug it into it's slot.
