For Sale: Mugen SS2000 Aero
The time has come to sell my car - and those who know me will vouch for its 'well cared' state and heated garage!
I have detailed all the parts below and the purchase price of the parts only without import charges or tax.
The most important thing is that the car is fantastic to drive - much more predictable than the standard car - and also a little quicker! Also, the condition is good with only fair weather usage as its a 2nd car. Although the list below is extensive - I may still have forgotten a few things!
I am not considering spliting any items from the car at this stage. I will advertise again if that becomes neccessary.

Silverstone S2000 with Red seats and black interior, Mugen badged
October 2000, 30,000 miles
FHSH. Oil changed every 4000 miles. Cooper Honda maintained.

Never even got it to the track. Got a new job last October and have done 1000 miles since then. I have a car sent to my house to take me to the airport and take the train all the rest of the time. I don't use it to go to the station (car park!!) so it gets used on weekends. The guys at Tuning Japanese have done more miles than me road testing it and setting it all up - it was completed in April.
I am probably getting an Audi RS6 Estate and having that tuned to 400hp as I currently have the S2000, a Megane Scenic and my station car park car all in the garage/ on the drive. The Scenic and S2000 will be replaced with a nutter fast estate.

I am quite shocked you are selling it. Although we never PMd, I read all your posts with interest and find the whole selling reason hard to swallow. Something you`ve pumped so much cash and love into must be damned near impossible to part with.
Honestly, is that the real reason you are parting with it? For an estate? In your position I would have thought the scenic would swap for the RS6/8....
Sure nothing future Honda is exciting you......?

Nothing future from Honda... and yes its hard to part from it. I've done about 1500 miles in the last 6 months. My little 'drive to station' car does about 2000 miles a year - and seems to get more car park damage by the week! Everything else is by plane or taxi on the company. I am also starting a project in September that will take me overseas for about 6 months and will then most likely relocate for about 2 years with the family immediately after that. Hopefully I can relocate to JAPAN and pick up an NSX special whilst I'm there!! The firm know we do this sort of stuff and give us a 40 foot container to go out and return with.
So, faced with this it seems to me that now, rather than the end of the Summer is the best time to sell.
The car is a dream - its just life that's so complicated.
The estate is a good fill in car and means I can consolidate to 1 or 2 cars from 3 in readiness for my move. Also, I have something fast to drive when I get home.
