Default An S2000 without a front lip is as girly as an MX5 - discuss

This is a topic of discussion that the fisherman and I had during the Blurter Meet. I think this photo says it all (sorry Mof, I just spotted the photo this morning!)

I was initially unconvinced about the OEM front lip but having seen Mr T's 02 with one on and arranging a bargain purchase from FrankyKnuckles, I don't know how I could be seen on the road without one!

- it's probably the most worthwhile OEM option.

grrrr....

I like the lip on a dark colours e.g. RNB and Berlina, but I am not too sure on lighter colours. I have always felt that Honda's add on's look like they have been bolted on. CC was following me for a while and I wasn't sure, but when MT was behind me I really liked it

I hate to blow my own trumpet (too painful until this extra rib is removed) but that is ONE SWEET PICCIE.

I'm not so sure myself. I think it looks a bit too much like an aftermarket add-on, if you know what I mean. I think I'll buy a PRM first...

Nasty plastic bolt on which spoils the clean lines of the car (IMHO!!!!!)

PS - great picture!

In a way, I do agree with you. I have one fitted but I`m never really sure.

I suppose it's alright for you max power boys with your painted calipers, ripspeed decals and "On a Mission" stickers.

I prefer the classic look

Don`t EVER do that.
